The DLA Disposition Services has made Interservice Support Agreements (ISAs) between various Federal Civil Agencies (FCA) and DLA Disposition Services. These ISAs provide support service (equipment/supplies) for the recovery of silver from hypo/photographic solutions and for Locations to receive the turn-ins of precious metals bearing materials such as scrap film, electronic equipment, silver flake/cells/cores/cartridges, batteries, etc. These agreements establish policies, principles and procedures under which DLA Disposition Services will provide support to the agencies to utilize the DoD Precious Metals Recovery Program (PMRP) conducted by DLA Disposition Services for DLA.  Agencies are not charged for turn-ins of precious metals bearing scrap/materials to the Locations. The following are the agencies that are participating  in the DoD PMRP by agreement between DLA/DLA Disposition Services:
